NRI ITR Filing — Indian Return, Filed Online
If you earn rent, NRO interest, dividends or salary from India, your TDS is often higher than your real tax. We check your residential status, match Form 26AS and AIS, apply treaty relief where it applies, file your return and follow the refund.
Who this is for

- NRIs whose banks or tenants deducted TDS of about 31.2%
- Returning NRIs who need their residential status (NRI, RNOR or resident) checked first
What is included — ₹9,999
- Residential status check
- Form 26AS / AIS matching
- DTAA relief where applicable
- Filing, e-verification and refund follow-up

- PAN and passport copy, with visa or residence proof and travel dates

How it works
1. Share your documents
Send the documents by email or WhatsApp; no visit to India is needed.
2. Residential status check
We count your days in India and confirm whether you are NRI, RNOR or resident for the year.
3. Compute tax and refund
We work out income, deductions, treaty relief and the refund of excess TDS, and show you the figures.
4. File the return
We file the right ITR form for your income; ITR-2 covers most NRIs.
5. E-verify and track the refund
You e-verify within the allowed time and we follow the refund until it reaches your account.

Frequently asked questions
What is the due date for an NRI's Indian return?
For individuals whose accounts are not audited it is usually 31 July after the financial year ends. Late returns are still possible with a fee and some lost benefits, so file early if you are owed a refund.
Which ITR form does an NRI use?
Most NRIs with rent, interest or capital gains file ITR-2. NRIs with business or professional income in India file ITR-3. We pick the right form for your income.
I only have NRO interest. Should I file?
Often yes. The bank deducts about 31.2% TDS on NRO interest, while your actual tax can be much lower. Only a filed return gets the excess back.
